Every dog is different. While our training methods are effective and time-tested, individual results may vary based on the dog’s temperament, age, breed, environment, and consistency from the owner. We cannot guarantee perfect outcomes in a set timeframe.
Training requires consistency beyond scheduled sessions. Owners are responsible for practicing assigned homework, reinforcing skills at home, and following the training plan. Lack of follow-through may affect progress.
We are not veterinarians. If your dog displays signs of illness, injury, or unusual behavior, consult your veterinarian before beginning or continuing training.
Some training scenarios may involve dogs with behavioral challenges (e.g., aggression, reactivity, fear). While we take all reasonable safety precautions, working with dogs carries inherent risks. K915 is not liable for injuries to owners, dogs, or third parties during or after training.
We use training tools such as prong collars, e-collars, clickers, and leashes in accordance with humane, fair-use principles. These tools are never used with the intent to harm, and are introduced thoughtfully with owner permission and clear instruction.
K915 reserves the right to refuse or terminate training services at any time if a dog presents a safety risk, if owners are unwilling to follow the training plan, or if there is a breakdown in communication or trust.
Any images, videos, or testimonials collected during training may be used for marketing or educational purposes unless otherwise specified in the contract. Clients may opt out of media use during the intake process.
Payments are due per the plan selected. Refunds are only available on full-course payments if the client completes the course, follows the homework requirements, and the dog does not reach mission-ready status (as outlined in the contract).
K915 conducts training sessions in parks, parking lots, and other public spaces. While every precaution is taken to ensure safety, we cannot control the behavior of the general public or unpredictable environments.
While the K915 system uses effective training techniques that can improve many behaviors, we do not specialize in clinical behavior modification or treatment of severe behavioral issues.
If your dog has complex or serious behavioral challenges, we recommend consulting with a certified animal behaviorist or veterinary professional. Our program supports foundation skills but does not promise to “fix” all behavior problems.
At K915, the focus is on practical, real-world obedience and building a strong relationship between you and your dog. This is not about training for competitions or specialized sport performance.
Our goal is to create calm, reliable, and confident dogs that listen and behave well in everyday situations — from walks to family time to social settings.
